The cottage has a cozy living room with a wood burning stove and DVD player.
The cozy kitchen is fully equipped. You have a gas stove with oven, refrigerator, combi microwave, coffee maker, Senseo and a kettle. There is a bedroom with a double bed and there are two single folding beds. There is also a sofa bed. The bathroom is complete with shower, toilet and sink.
The cottage has a spacious garden with patio furniture and a swing.

La Petite Maison Cachee (the small hidden house) is located in the beautiful landscape of Limousin Haute-Vienne France, where narrow roads and lakes define the landscape.
It is a cottage "en pierre" located near a small village and close to a swimming lake (about 400 m) where you can cool off on hot days.
The location is far from masts and other radiation sources, and therefore suitable for a low-radiation stay. Perfect for people who want to relax and very suitable for naturism.

We are Michel and Annemarie. Since October 22, 2018 we are the proud owners of La Petite Maison Cachee (The little hidden house) After a search of 3 years we have found our dream place. We would like to let other people enjoy our house and the beautiful surroundings of the Limousin.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.

Additional information

The area is very suitable for walking, mountain biking and going out by car. The largest city in the area is Limoges, also known for its porcelain. You can swim in the lake (400m) of Sussac or in Chateauneuf-la Fôret, and in the outdoor swimming pool of Eymoutiers. Eymoutiers is also worth a visit. You can go canoeing, shopping and good food in one of the restaurants. Uzerche, Pompadour, Treignac, St. Leonard de Noblat are certainly worth a visit.
