Villa

A country house built and furnished entirely in French style and fully equipped, surrounded by a beautiful garden with a lovely swimming pool. I have been looking for a house that met my expectations for more than a year: I wanted a spacious house where I can spend several weeks a year with our children and grandchildren. We regularly visit Maison Le Bip and enjoy the peace and space, the friendly French mentality, the wonderful weather and the surroundings. The swimming pool will be adapted in 2024: it will be heated by a heat pump and the disinfection will be converted to salt electrolysis. A Wallbox (22 kW) for charging electric cars will also be installed in 2024.

In addition to the many hiking opportunities that the area offers, at Maison le Bip you can use free WIFI, a TV with many international channels, play equipment such as a trampoline, a climbing tower with slide and swings for the children or you can relax on the veranda with attractive lounge set.

This beautiful holiday home with large garden and private swimming pool is located in the middle of France. The holiday home, completed in 2009, is a dream come true for four befriended couples. Among these friends are two members of the Volendam pop group 3JS. At the end of August 2023 I took over the house. The house is ideal for a holiday for one or more families with children. You can now also enjoy this because the house is also for rent!

New country house built in French style where all wishes of the bon vivant have been thought of. This house of 20m long and 10m wide offers space for two families up to 12 people. The house has a separate living and dining area. The living room is equipped with TV and audio system. In the attractive kitchen, equipped with a combination microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner electric hob and large refrigerator, breakfast can be enjoyed in the morning at the large 10-person table and in the summer, dinner can even be prepared outside in the handy outdoor kitchen. Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms, each with a large comfortable double bed and a shower room with toilet. The other two double rooms are the same size and are located on the first floor. These rooms also each have a double bed and a shower room with toilet. On the ground floor there is also a slightly smaller bedroom with a bunk bed of 2 meters in length. On the ground floor, of course, there is also a separate toilet room and a large storage room where the washing machine and dryer are located. The house (and garden) is surrounded by trees and shrubs, has a driveway and is closed by a wooden entrance gate. In the garden is a lovely large, clean swimming pool with a shallow part for children. From the huge veranda you have a view over the garden, the outdoor kitchen, the swimming pool and the rolling countryside around the house.
Saint-Sulpice-les-Feuilles is a commune in the French department Hautte-Vienne and is part of the district of Bellac. In 4500 a small town inhabitants. The atmosphere is quiet to as though the village on the main facilities available. So you just find a small supermarket, several bakeries, a butcher, pumping stations and more convenient stores which, if you wanted to, the main shopping by bike can do. However, we recommend shopping for beautiful 10 minutes to drive to the larger La Souterraine where you will find giant supermarkets. That way you can stock up once for several days for lower prices.
The Haute-Vienne department part of the old province of Limousin, extends in the far west of the Massif Central and is bounded on the north by Vienne and Indre, in the east Creuse, in the south Corrèze and Dordogne to the west by Charente. The capital is Limoges, famous for its beautiful porselein.De region is rich in history, traditions and contrasting landscapes, veined with rivers: the gently rolling, wooded hills of the Monts d'Ambazac, the legendary Vincou, the sumptuous valleys Vienne and Gartempe.Landbouw and livestock are particularly important: the slaughter of the Limousin is very well known. The oldest industrial division is the porcelain industry. Also on art-historical perspective has much to offer the Haute-Vienne: charming villages, Romanesque churches, prestigious castles and manors, medieval castles (including along the Richard the Lionheart Route) and a rich choice of museums, which the artistic past and present are kept . Like the folk art and traditions.
There are numerous art and cultural-historical sights to discover in the immediate vicinity. Many churches and abbeys from the Middle Ages, but also the Gothic and Romanesque architectural styles can be admired. Here are some suggestions. Particularly beautiful is the abbey of Saint Savin. The church of this abbey dates back to the 11th century. The many wall and ceiling paintings (frescoes) that can be seen here are included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. On the top floor of the abbey, the life of the monks, who lived here for a long time, is beautifully depicted.Department capital LimogesLimoges has about 135,000 inhabitants and is the capital of Limousin and of the Haute-Vienne department. The city is located at a former important ford in the Vienne in a hilly landscape. Her name is linked to porcelain, which has been made here since the end of the 18th century and is known all over the world. Even older than the fame of porcelain is that of enamel, which has been made here since the 12th century. These two products and the shoe industry determine the economic life of this city. The main building is the cathedral St-Etienne, the only Gothic building in the city, begun in 1273, but not finally completed until the second half of the 19th century.MontmorrilionMontmorrilion is called the city of art and culture and is located in the heart of the Poitou-Charentes. The printing press and the art of calligraphy originated here and are the pride of the city. Numerous shops, where you can browse and shop, with their beautiful showcases give a stylish expression to these forms of craftsmanship. A visit to the 12th century l'Octogine and the Chapelle of Saint Laurent just outside the city should not be missed. For more, see photos our website www.maisonlebip.com
Built in French style mansion very authentic visit is built using the latest techniques and has the property almost impossible to respond to temperature changes outside the house. This is achieved by using the latest insulating materials and air supply and exhaust systems but you do not scare ... the only thing you will notice is the tenant of a very equable climate in the house throughout the year (especially at night) and can be experienced. quite pleasant No sickening air conditioning but a system that ensures constant air circulation using the clean air French.
