La Bergerie is located in nature between the Dordogne, the Périgord Vert and the Plateau de Millevaches.
Its 2 double bedrooms and dormitory can accommodate up to 8 people. A baby cot is also available on request.
The fitted kitchen and the living room share a large living space.
Its thick natural stone walls are perfect for keeping the coolness of summer and the warmth of winter.
Games of table football, reading, cocooning by the fire or even game nights await you. As are outdoor dining, diving and barbecues.
On the 1.8-hectare property, you can enjoy wide open spaces, the pond, the petanque court. Who knows, with us or the tenants of our second cottage. An old Bread Oven transformed into a Tiny house for 2 people, not overlooked.
The location of La Bergerie is ideal for rest and lovers of the great outdoors. Disconnection and a change of scenery guaranteed.
You will be 5 minutes from the village of Château Chervix, its 12th century tower (illuminated at night) and its village grocery store. 15 minutes from the supermarket of Magnac-Bourg; and 30 minutes from Limoges.
In the surrounding area, you can go hiking and cycling.
If you go a little further, you can discover places such as Limoges, Chalucet, Coussac-Bonneval, Oradour-sur-Glane, Rochechouart, ...
Note:
One Nordic bath evening per week is included in the rental price. The additional evening will be charged at €35, up to a maximum of 3 evenings/week.
This service will only be possible if the weather conditions allow it (wind, temperature, drought, ...) in order to guarantee the safety of everyone and the property.
The preparation time for a bath is a minimum of 3 hours.
In the period from November to April, the price includes firewood for the stove in the living room.
Outside these periods, depending on weather conditions, a wood package of €75/week will be offered on request at an additional cost.
