Authentic cottage from 1690 in the extreme east of the Haute Marne against the Vosges. The house is a wonderful base for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and mountain biking. Half an hour to the route du soleil highway A36. The house has the original window and door parts still made of cut natural stone, the original fireplace is also still there. Downstairs is the combined living room kitchen, nice wood stove, but also an induction hob and dishwasher that is nicely concealed in the wall

Love France and French life! This is quite an adventure for us to rent out our house, we have put a lot of time into it but also a lot of fun. As a work, designing heat pump systems for the more difficult houses and other buildings, many monuments.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 43 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
