This large holiday home is located in a small hamlet. Come here in this paradise to recharge your batteries, in the middle of nature you will be able to enjoy the beautiful views. When night falls you will see a breathtaking starry sky above you.

On the ground floor there are two living rooms that actually flow into each other. In the first there is a dining and sitting area where you will also find the television. Here is also an open kitchen with all necessities. Also on the ground floor a shower and toilet. In the other living room is a sitting area and dining table. From here you can walk onto the two terraces, where you will find sun or shade, and enjoy a breathtaking view. In the large garden you will always find a place to completely unwind. On the upper floor you will find 2 spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

Chanteduc is a small hamlet in the Haute-Loire, a magical, beautiful place where we have owned a number of properties for 20 years now.
We have turned two of the five properties into holiday homes.
Here there is peace and harmony. Nature embraces us and the views are breathtaking. Having both worked in healthcare and tourism, we try to convey our hospitality to you. As a point of contact, we are always nearby and ready for help, tips and possibly meals.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If cancelled within 24 hours of booking, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 30% of the travel sum.
In case of cancellation from the 42nd to the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs are 60% of the travel sum.
In case of cancellation from the 28th day to the first day of stay, the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the travel sum.
In case of cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs are 100% of the travel sum.

In Chanteduc we have a magic stone circle with engraved Celtic signs. According to the creator of this circle, positive rays are sent into the cosmos via underlying crystals. Although we have both feet on the ground, we have to admit that Chanteduc is a magical place.

In the "Parc Naturel Régional Livradois-Forez" our house is located at an altitude of 1000 meters. This protected natural area has a very rich flora and fauna. You may just come across a deer, fox or other wildlife during a walk. In season you can find many edible mushrooms here, but you can also pick blackberries to your heart's content.

The area is ideal for lovers of hiking and mountain biking, but you can also go canoeing on the Allier nearby. At 10 minutes from the holiday home you will find swimming lakes. But the Allier is also not far and here you can swim or fish, but also take a canoe trip. In the house you will find information about walking routes, which you can make from the house. There is also tourist information that can help you on your way to a nice trip. Think, for example, of a cheese route that you can follow.

The Haute-Loire has a rich history, for example you can get to know the pilgrim town of Le Puy en Velay, closer 15 minutes away is La Chaise Dieu, famous for its music festival. But the many markets and flea markets in the area are also worth a visit.
