Villa Printemps

The villa is located on the outskirts of the village, and is located in such a way that you can enjoy the view over the Pyrenees from the house and from the pool. The house is light and spacious and has a pleasant atmosphere that immediately feels like "home". There is a cozy living room with a wood stove and, thanks to the glass front, also a magnificent view of the mountains. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped.

From an American fridge with ice maker, a built-in espresso machine, a dishwasher, a coil island and a Mercury stove with several ovens. The living room is also equipped with a large flat screen Smart TV with its own Netflix subscription. Satellite TV can also be received with Dutch channel packages. 

You have a large private swimming pool (10 x 5 meters). A little higher, overlooking the pool and the mountains, is a 5-person jacuzzi. This spa has two loungers and three seating areas and offers a lot of comfort and guaranteed relaxation of the whole body thanks to the high pressure and 52 jets, 14 air nozzles and 2 cascades . On the (covered) terrace at the villa, you can barbecue or spend the evening by the outdoor fireplace. 

There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom is by far the largest. This has a box-spring double bed, a wardrobe, air conditioning and a luxurious bathroom en-suite. This bathroom is equipped with a double sink, toilet and walk-in shower with hydrojets.

The other three bedrooms are smaller. These are equipped with various beds: 
Bedroom 2: double bed and wardrobe
bedroom 3: bunk bed + box spring single bed + pull-out bed under the bunk bed 
Bedroom 4: loft bed + box spring single bed 

In addition, there is a second bathroom with a shower, sink, washbasin and toilet. Finally, there is a separate toilet in the hall.

The house is spacious, with a spacious entrance and spacious rooms. The living rooms and the master bedroom have underfloor heating. 

In total there are 9 full-fledged sleeping places and with the pull-out bed up to 10. Outside you can also eat with 10 people at the long table with 10 chairs. There are 8 new sunbeds by the pool and 2 older sunbeds. Inside, however, the dining room table has a maximum of 8 seats. That is why we offer the space as an 8 person house. But, especially with children, more people can stay there (maximum 10). 

The villa is located on a plot of almost three thousand square meters of ornamental garden, lawn, orchard and private (spacious) parking at the front. There is a washer/dryer combination and a rotary dryer in the garden. 

Arnaud-Guilhem has a pleasant (moderately warm) climate with many hours of sunshine. In the summer you can relax at and in the pool. In winter, the sun quickly makes it pleasant on the terrace, so you can also sit outside in the winter months. The area is beautifully hilly and green. The Pyrenees are about 40 minutes drive away. In an hour you are already high in the mountains in beautiful places such as Luchon, or in Spain, or in the city of Toulouse. 

Close to the house is a playground, with bowling alleys, a table tennis table and playground equipment. 

The house is surrounded by a hedge. Access is provided by an iron gate (not lockable) and a wooden gate. On the forecourt there is room for several cars in the gravel. The hedge and fences create a situation where children and pets cannot leave without permission. However, this is no guarantee that some pets will not find a place after all. In theory, it is possible to look at the swimming pool (not the jacuzzi or the indoor space) from the very tip of the balcony from the neighboring house. However, this does not happen in practice, because that balcony/terrace at the neighboring house is large and the seating areas are located elsewhere. Also, the hedge is high there.    

Advantages: 
- the view is a living painting
- spacious and well-equipped kitchen 
- Lots of sleeping places 
- Many amenities, including a jacuzzi 

Disadvantages: 
- Not all electrical appliances (oven, jacuzzi, tumble dryer, washing machine, etc.) can be turned on at the same time. The grid connection is not designed for this. 
- The house is in the countryside (the 'campaign'), so there are flies, mosquitoes, wasps, mice, lizards. Fortunately, there are also beautiful birds, deer and other fauna that come to visit the garden. 
- Master bedroom is considerably larger and more luxurious than the other rooms, in case of joint rental it is advisable to make agreements in advance about who 'gets' that room. 

Bakeries, supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, etc. are available in neighboring villages such as Saint Martory and Beauchalot (10 minutes by car).
