You can rent studio Outhera if you are traveling alone, with two or also with 2 children.

Beautifully situated in the most beautiful valley of Les Hautes Alpes on the edge of the Des Ecrins National Park.

Here you will find the ultimate peace and quiet after a wonderful, active day in our mountains.
We have 300 days of sunshine a year!
Terrace of 10m² meters for outdoor living.

Studio with all comforts and private bathroom, shower and toilet.
But above all, a beautiful view that you will never get tired of.
Studio Outhera is located in a cul-de-sac, we are the penultimate house of the hamlet.
Two kilometers further the road stops and you can wander around for hours in the surrounding mountains.
We are happy to organize your entire holiday, give you tips and tricks.
Hiking, cycling, mountain biking, via ferrata, canyoning,.... or enjoy the terrace!

The ski area is only 10 minutes away by car.
Orceires Merlette has 100km of slopes, full south, ranging from green to black and you never have to queue at the lifts!
Or would you rather get acquainted with ski touring? We provide you with an experienced guide who will be happy to take you in tow!

Hello!
My name is Sara and together with my husband Harre we run a travel agency with active holidays for active people. After years of wandering around the world, we have found our place in Les Hautes Alpes!
We spent several winters in this valley with our motorhome and fell in love with the people, the environment, the nature and the climate.

We are happy to let you enjoy all the beauty that the valley of the Haute Champsaur has to offer!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
