The apartment, for 6 guests, is located on the top floor of a small building, within walking distance of the center but still quiet. Is the sun shining? A terrace of 14 m2 gives you the opportunity to enjoy the open mountain views. Searching for parking space ? No…. Covered parking is available in the building. Optimal conditions for a perfect mountain holiday. The apartment is located in Montalbert. From Aime you drive along the easily accessible main road to an altitude of 1350 kilometers. The trip takes you past the cozy village with various restaurants and shops directly to our charming mountain residence. You don't have to look for parking, because the building has a parking space with sufficient height so that even vans with a ski box have easy access. You reach the apartment on the 3rd and top floor via the elevator. Thanks to its location on the side of the small-scale building, you can enjoy corner terraces with different orientations. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen and cozy living room give you 60 m2 to spend your holiday with friends or family. The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences. During the winter months you can make free use of the heated ski room on the ground floor. This provides easy access to the gondola and practice lifts, which are located at +/-100 meters.

We ourselves have been avid skiers for 45 years and are therefore pleased to offer our own apartment in a great ski area since 2023. We have therefore chosen Paradiski because you can make fantastic day trips without ending up on the same slope twice. The 70% slopes above 2000 meters make this almost always possible during the ski season.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
