The house is located on 700 sqm, in former dunes, just 900 meters to the beach.
In the morning there is sun on the terrace (24 m²) at the front of the house, ideal for a cup of coffee or a delicious breakfast. In the evening, enjoy dinner or sunset barbecue on the balcony (18 sqm) at the rear. There are two large tables with a total of 16 chairs.
On the playing field next to the house you can play jeu-de-boules or badminton (game equipment available). Or inflate the pool to cool off. Children can have fun on the short water slide, while you relax on one of the two sun loungers.
The living and dining room (32 m²) features an open cupboard with plenty of storage space and satellite TV. The corner desk offers space for your laptop (wifi available). In the dining area there is a large table with 8 chairs, as well as an oven and a microwave.
The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob (4 burners), dishwasher, fridge with freezer drawers and various appliances.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a second toilet. There are two sinks with plenty of cupboard space (top and bottom) as well as a washing machine and a hairdryer.
The three bedrooms (12/13 m²) offer ample space for clothes, with plenty of clothes hangers and shelves. Duvets come in different thicknesses (warmth classes) and pillows in different heights, both down and synthetic. An ironing board and an iron are also provided.
In one room there is a second desk, ideal for children or teenagers.
In the shed there is a men's and a women's bicycle, which you can use and where you can also safely store surfboards or possibly rented bicycles.
