The 50 m² gîte has a studio with a comfortable double bed, two-seater sofa and a small table. A charming mezzanine upstairs of this studio has two twin beds. The gîte has "2 bedrooms", but within the same space, and is therefore more suitable for 2 adults with 1-2 children.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, bidet, toilet and sink. Adjacent to the studio space you have your own well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, 2-burner stove, coffee maker + dolce gusta, kettle, microwave and more. In addition, there is a second private toilet for extra comfort outside the studio space.
The gîte is air-conditioned for your comfort. There are 2 terraces, a garden shaded by 40-year-old olive trees and a swimming pool available.
