Luxurious and spacious (100m2) gîte in a beautiful 18th century building in the south of France. The property is located in a valley of the River Cèze and is surrounded by fields of lavender, vineyards and fruit orchards. Here we have realized 3 gîtes that are equipped with every luxury and comfort.
Gîte Les Cypres is located on the first floor and has a view of the mountains, the vineyards, the garden and the swimming pool.
There are two bedrooms: in the master bedroom you sleep in a king-size bed (box spring) with a mattress size of 180 cm by 220 cm. Behind the steel studio doors is a curtain. The children's bedroom has a bunk bed with a single upper bed (90 cm by 200 cm) and an extra spacious lower bed (140 cm by 200 cm).
All beds are made with 100% linen bedding (hypoallergenic, wonderfully cool in the summer and cozy in the winter) and bathrobes are available for the adults.
In the living room you will find a dining table, sitting area and TV (with Netflix), together with the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and is of course equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
In the bathroom you will find a spacious rain shower, double sink and toilet. Towels, care products and hair dryer are provided.
Gîte Les Cyprès has a terrace in the cozy courtyard. In addition, there is a small balcony (access through the master bedroom) where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning, for example.
Le Mas Saint-Michel d'Euzet has excellent facilities that you can use! There is a spacious swimming pool (13 x 6 m) with a large terrace and comfortable sun beds. There is a children's play area with sandbox, swings, diving sticks and trampoline. There is also a petanque court and you can play football. Sports enthusiasts can also indulge themselves in the well-equipped CrossFit box, in the second (25m long) swimming pool or with a walking / running / cycling / mountain bike tour through the beautiful nature.
A common room has been realized in the former stables of the building, which contains a large cupboard with games and toys, cupboards with books for young and old, a washing machine, dryer and a so-called 'honesty' bar with local wines, homemade products and vegetables from the region. allotment.
Within walking distance is an idyllic river with a pebble beach and waterfalls. Ideal for swimming in the summer, building dams or catching fish. In addition, there are many attractions and beautiful villages and towns within easy reach.
