Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Booking conditions

Booking and Payment:

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Payment balance:

The remaining balance of 50% must be paid no later than 30 days before the date of arrival, the payment of the balance confirms the finalization of the reservation.

Cancellation conditions:

 In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the 50% deposit is refundable

If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be due.

Non-payment of balance:

If the balance is not paid within the specified period, the reservation will be cancelled by operation of law, and the 50% deposit will be retained.
