4-room villa of 130 m2 located on 40000 m2 of private land with privacy. With a private heated swimming pool of 10x5 meters with a sloping depth of 1.3 to 2 meters and a bathing ladder with its kitchen, toilet and shower, a large table for 12 people and a living room. Pets are allowed except cats because our son is unfortunately very energetic to hair of cat. Beautiful large terraces, kitchen, showers and tiled toilet around the pool. The living room and 4 bedrooms have air conditioning .
A second house is present where the owners' personal belongings are kept. The house is closed and unabated. The owner stays an hour away from the house and are available for pool maintenance and more if needed.
