La Belle Vue

This bungalow is located in the most beautiful spot of the park Le Mattas.
Our house number G8 is known for its beautiful and panoramic view.
The house is equipped with all the comforts to spend a carefree time.

Completely renovated in 2018, the bungalow is in perfect condition and adapted to today's standards.
Two bedrooms with beds with lovely box spring mattresses. Next to the master bedroom from which you have a direct panoramic view, a bedroom where there are two, with the possibility of three beds.
There is a washing machine in the modern bathroom. The kitchen will be completely renovated in 2024, equipped with combi oven, dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer, Quooker and an induction hob. 

The living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning. Satellite (NL) TV is located in the living room. A cozy space to spend the late evening. The sun terrace is accessible from both the bedroom and living room.

The terrace consists of 2 layers. A sitting area with comfortable modern garden furniture, which can be installed under the existing canopy or not. In addition, there are two lovely lounge garden chairs. For the colder evenings, there is a heater. The second terrace is one floor below and is equipped with sun beds.
