Outside you will find a large canopy with a spacious dining table, outdoor kitchen & bar and a large stone bbq. On the cobbled terrace you are surrounded by nature, you can hear the murmur of the river, birds of prey and typical cigales. There is also a cosy relaxation pool on the terrace to cool off.
Next to the terrace is a large piece of lawn of 2000m2 with mulberry trees. Here you can park several cars.
This sturdy holiday home always has sun and shade, all day long. It is quietly located. Mas Lion is located in the listed monumental village of La Roque sur Cèze, which is on the list of France's 180 most beautiful villages.
What makes Mas Lion unique is the atmosphere of the house (old vaulted brick ceilings), location in nature & nearby river. The beautiful waterfalls 'Cascades du Sautadet' are a 5-minute walk away.
In 10 minutes you can reach the center of the cozy Goudargues or the Intermarché supermarket by car.
