Maison Olivier has been completely remodeled / renovated during the winter 2022/2023 and is definitely a French tough & charming holiday home for 1 to 12 people. Maison Olivier is built from the typical old natural stones that you will find everywhere in the artists' village of Cornillon. The oldest part of this house dates from the 15th century. You enter Maison Olivier through the large gate where your eye will immediately fall on the breathtaking view from the garden. This large garden is partly enclosed by the old city wall. At the pool you lie completely in privacy, but at the large dining table you can enjoy a fantastic view over the valley.
Outside you will find a lovely, large garden with a sublime view. Here you will find a beautiful swimming pool 750 x 390 with a cozy lounge area and 6 sunbeds. The swimming pool has a fence for the safety of the children. There is a playground at 200m. In the beautiful garden there are a few olive trees, jeu-de-boule court and of course the large dining table with a view over the valley. You will find sun and shady spots all day long. Maison Olivier is located in a very quiet location. There is a beautiful hiking area around Cornillon, only 2.5 kilometers away is the river La Cèze. And with 4 km you are already in the center of Goudargues. The nearest supermarket is at the foot of the village at 2 km. The village is car-free (mandatory parking on parking = 200m from the house), the streets are very tight. You can come to the house for loading and unloading.
NB We rent Maison Olivier to 1 'tenant'. As a tenant, you then have completely private use of the large garden and swimming pool. Low season: With a total of max 4 guests you can use 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (= 1 floor). The other floor will remain locked. It is also possible to book this, but you will have to pay extra for the use of several bedrooms and bathroom. During the high season, Maison Olivier is always rented out in its entirety.
