Apartment Aquarella is located directly by the sea and in the center of Theoule-sur-Mer, a small picturesque village close to Cannes on the Côte d'Azur. The huge roof terrace offers panoramic views over the Bay of Cannes. 

The 68 m2 apartment has recently been renovated and has been given a very luxurious look. The apartment, equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, is suitable for up to 4 people. It features a 45 m2 (!!) rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the Bay of Cannes and the Iles-de-Lerins. In addition, it has a conservatory on the entire side of the apartment with a view over the Esterel. The apartment has a luxurious electrically operated awning over the entire width of the roof terrace.

The nice and bright living room offers a lot of comfort. It has beautiful views on two sides. With 2 sofas and an armchair, you can sit in different places. In addition, it has a designer coffee table, a large television with TV cabinet and 2 side tables. From the living room, a large sliding door provides access to the spectacular roof terrace with panoramic sea views. On the roof terrace there is a dining table with 4 chairs. There are also 2 comfortable sunbeds. The living room is also adjacent to the very bright and spacious conservatory, which is furnished as a dining room. Here is a dining table with 6 chairs. From the conservatory you have a nice view over the village and the Esterel.

In the spacious bedroom there are 2 single beds (pushed together). The beds are very comfortable. The bedroom is spacious enough to add 2 cots. In the conservatory there is a luxurious wall bed, which is easy to fold out and has a very comfortable double mattress. In the living room there is the same luxurious wall bed with a very comfortable single mattress.

Furthermore, the apartment has a bathroom with bath, sink and bidet, and there is a separate toilet (with sink). The kitchen has a large oven, refrigerator, electric hobs, dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also wifi (fiber optic internet) and a brand new 43 inch television (with Dutch channels) in the apartment. The building has an elevator.
