Lovely quietly located villa with large private swimming pool at 400 m altitude in the hills behind Mandelieu-Cannes. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The 1-hectare site with a beautiful sloping garden has several terraces and shaded areas. In front of the villa is the beautiful swimming pool of no less than 12 by 6 meters and the comfortable pool house equipped with refrigerator and equipped with wifi. Since there is pool heating, this makes swimming in the early and late season a lot more attractive. Next to the house you can enjoy a game of petanque on the petanque court.
The living/dining room with fireplace is nicely furnished with a dining table for at least 8 people and a large LED TV (50 inch) with satellite dish (including Dutch channels), Netflix and Chromecast. There is free superfast Fiber wifi internet (up to 500MB) available. The Provencal blue kitchen is very well equipped. On the ground floor is the master bedroom with a spacious bathroom with shower and bath and a toilet. On the first floor there are another 3 bedrooms, including a children's room (for a maximum of 2 children). This can be reached through the master bedroom and they share a bathroom. The third bedroom (sleeps 2) has stunning views of the town of Grasse and features an en-suite shower room. On this floor again a separate toilet. In the studio, which can be reached from the outside through a private entrance, is the fifth small bedroom (max. 2 people). There is also a bathroom with toilet and a large room with laundry room and a single sofa bed. Available for children: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 high chair to attach to the table, baby bath, changing table, swing, trampoline, table tennis table, football, pool toys, badminton equipment, family games, playing cards and DVDs.
