This lovely house stands on a domaine of 4 houses. We have completely renovated the house and have been renting it out since June 2020. Everything is new or renewed.

The beach is 2.5 km away (free parking). It is about 15-20 min. The village is also 2.5 km in the other direction. Plenty of parking for a fee. Walking there is also 15-20 min. Back a little longer because of the hill (not extreme). Supermarket is 5 minutes away by car.

The house has a private swimming pool (which can be heated with a heat pump for a fee, so not possible in winter). Outside there is a large table for up to 10 people and 6 sunbeds by the pool. On the side of the house is a lovely terrace with a large lounge set and parasol. There you have a view of the golf valley. There is an outdoor shower and a (gas) BBQ.

Inside is a large open kitchen with cooking island where you will also find the dishwasher, Qooker, 2 refrigerators and 2 freezers, microwave, oven, Nespresso or filter coffee machine, USB charging points. (Detergent, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, dishwashing liquid, aluminum foil, garbage bags, plastic wrap, plastic bags, skewers are all provided)
A large oval table with 10 chairs and a sitting area with a large sofa and a TV with Netflix (no TV channels but the possibility to stream Dutch TV with Ziggo Go app)

Upstairs are 4 bedrooms. 3 of them have separate box spring beds of 90x200 and 1 room has a double box spring of 180x200 (this room also has TV with Netflix)
There are 3 bathrooms with electric heating. 2 bathrooms with double sink, shower and toilet. 1 bathroom has 1 sink, shower and washing machine & dryer. You can listen to music via bluetooth via the mirror in the bathrooms. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. All rooms (living room & bedrooms) are equipped with new air conditioning. All bedrooms also have a mosquito net in front of the window. 

The house is equipped with WIFI. 

The last part up (about 60 meters) to the fence of the private domain is quite steep. With the car back to its 1 and then accelerate. It's really only exciting the first time. It is doable on foot but you are out of breath......
