In the South of France you mainly sit outside. This is probably where you spend most of your time. House "Kathrin" has a nice terrace - partly sun, partly shade - with a large table, comfortable chairs and Weber barbecue. Then you will find the terrace with four sun loungers around the pool.
Inside you will find a spacious living room with sitting area with spacious sofa and two nice armchairs on the ground floor. There you can also watch TV or a streaming service via the internet over fiber.
The open kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, induction hob, dishwasher and combi oven. There are many kitchen utensils, so that you can also bake and cook during the holidays.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with firm beds with good mattresses, both for two people. There is also a spacious and bright extra room, for example to work or read quietly. From there you can also retreat to the sunny balcony with an unobstructed view of the sea.
There is a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.
There is room for a car on the property. On the street (almost at the end of a dead end street) you can park even more cars.
Villa 'Kathrin' is just over five minutes from the beach, bakery and supermarket.
