Holiday apartment for 2 persons (up to 3 persons in consultation).

Compact apartment (45 M2) in the old village, near the harbor and beaches (few minutes on foot), in a nice area with many small bars, restaurants and shops.

Through a closed gate you reach the front door of the building. There is a real estate office on the ground floor. Accessible via the stairs on the 3rd floor, you arrive at the apartment. Corridor with on the left a small bedroom with a single bed of 90x200 cm. To the right is the bathroom with bath/shower, sink, washing machine and dryer. At the end of the corridor on the right is a bedroom with a double bed 140x200 cm, and fitted wardrobes. On the left is the living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge area. The master bedroom and living room give access to the terrace with views over the roofs and glimpses of the harbor and the Mediterranean.

Golfe Juan, on the Mediterranean Sea, is located between Cannes and Antibes-Nice and has a village feel, but you are easily and quickly in the cities with their shops and entertainment. The village itself, especially the old quarter where the apartment is located, is a bit à la Monmartre Paris, with its local color, fine restaurants, bars and shops (Leonidas opposite, (organic) supermarkets, bakeries). At the harbor you can also eat well and stroll along the boulevard, and in the summer there are several cabanes on the beaches for a snack and drink. At 2.4 km there is a naturist beach.

An hour and a half inland is the beautiful nature reserve of the Georges du Verdon, great for a day trip, and many beautiful mountain villages. For your orientation: Golfe Juan is located between Cannes and Antibes.
