Compact apartment (45 M2) in the old village, near the port and beaches (few minutes on foot), in a nice neighborhood with many small bars, restaurants and shops.
Through a locked gate you reach the front door of the building. There is a real estate agency on the ground floor. On the 3rd floor accessible via the stairs, you arrive at the apartment. Corridor with a small bedroom on the left with a single bed of 90x200 cm. To the right is the bathroom with bath/shower, sink, washing machine and dryer. At the end of the hallway is a bedroom on the right with a double bed 140x200 cm, and fitted wardrobes. To the left is the living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge area. There is a smart TV available to stream your favorite channel. The master bedroom and living room give access to the balcony with views over the rooftops and views of the Mediterranean Sea.
We have a parking space available in a garage around the corner.
Golfe Juan, on the Mediterranean Sea, is located between Cannes and Antibes-Nice and has a village feel, but you can easily and quickly reach the cities with their shops and entertainment. The village itself, especially the old neighborhood where the apartment is located, is a bit à la Monmartre Paris, with its couleur locale, fine restaurants, bars and shops (Leonidas opposite, (bio) supermarkets, bakeries). At the harbor you can also eat well and stroll along the boulevard, and on the beaches there are several cabanes for a snack and drink in the summer. At 2.4 km there is a naturist beach.
An hour and a half inland is the beautiful nature reserve of the Georges du Verdon, beautiful for a day trip, and many beautiful mountain villages. For your orientation: Golfe Juan is located between Cannes and Antibes.
