Our cottage is located in a quiet park. There is plenty of activity in the region, but it is wonderfully quiet at the cottage.

Distances from the cottage: Saint Tropez 8 kilometers, Sainte-Maxime 10 kilometers, Pampelonne Plage 12 kilometers, La Croix Valmer beach 7 kilometers, Port Grimaud 6 kilometers. There are also nice day trips to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Toulon, Hyères, Provence, Lac de St Croix.

Our cottage is fully furnished and has Dutch television. The park has a swimming pool.

We live in Roden in Drenthe and have had our own place in the South of France since 2003. We come there 4/5 times a year. Sometimes by plane and sometimes by car. We love basketball, football, holidays, dinners and recently also have a camper van. We enjoy life to the fullest whenever possible.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
