Bandol is an authentic French village that is a regional center (photos 16,17,18), with a lively harbor with yachts as well as classic fishing boats (photos 19 to 24).
The house is located in a quiet part of the village, within walking distance of the village center. The famous sandy beach Renecros (photo 25 to 30) is - also for small children - within walking distance, so that you never have parking problems at the beach. Because it is not allowed to sail or surf on Renecros, this sandy beach is very suitable for (very) small children. In addition to the many other sandy beaches (photo 31,32,33), there are also rocky beaches (for snorkelling etc) (photo 34,35 ).
Around Bandol are several Grands Randonnées. A special one is the Littoral, which leads from Bandol along the coast to St Cyr-sur-Mer (photo 37 to 45).
At 4 km is the famous golf course Frégate - one of the most beautiful championship courses in France. With some 21 other golf courses within an hour's drive.

On the terrace you have complete privacy over the years due to the vegetation (photo 1). To the south - when we have pruned - a (small) piece of sea can be seen from the terrace (photo 2). To the west there are unobstructed views, with brilliant evening skies and a fantastic starry sky.
In the living room there is a dining table for 6 people, on the terrace a dining table for 8 people (photo 3).
The living room also has a flat screen TV and a Livebox - connected to a fixed telephone line - with connections for wireless wifi, ethernet wifi, telephone and TV. Wifi is fast and can be used indefinitely, for up to 10 devices at the same time.
There are 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each. 1 has a double bed, the other 2 have beds one above the other.
Ample wardrobe space is available in all rooms.
For the periods outside the summer, all rooms and bedrooms are equipped with an electric radiator.
In the summer, if necessary, a mobile air conditioner can be used to keep the temperature in the bedrooms low during the hottest periods.
The kitchen was completely renovated in spring 2018. It is open and spacious, equipped with all necessary facilities for 8 people: large fridge, separate freezer, induction hob with 4 burners, extractor hood, oven with roasting spit, dishwasher, washing machine, small microwave,
The bathroom has a bath with shower in it, and a separate sink.
There is a separate toilet, outside the bathroom.
All floors are white tiled.
The other main color is azure blue.
On the terrace are - next to the dining table for 8 people - 2 sunbeds and 8 sun loungers.
There is a large retractable awning (350 x 250 cm) and a separate parasol.
In practice, you live on the large terrace during the summer holidays.
A jeux-de-boules court has been laid out in the garden (see photo 7).
There is a communal car park in front of the housing complex. Under the building is a lockable private garage for 2 cars, so you can always park your car(s) easily (and safely).
ChateauRenard is within walking distance of a bakery, supermarket, shops, terraces and beaches.
