This attractive newly renovated farmhouse, which has the Breton name Ar Friz Vihan, is fully equipped. The cottage has a kitchen/dining room with satellite TV and wifi. A bathroom with walk-in shower. 2 Bedrooms. The smallest bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200) and the largest bedroom has 2 single beds that can also be joined together. A cot can be added for a small child/baby.
There is a garden with garden furniture and a veranda. There is a washer and dryer available for our guests. These are in the utility room of our house and can be used if desired.
The accommodation is uniquely situated. It belongs to the village of Briec where you have plenty of shops and an indoor swimming pool. It is not far from the sea, forest and river. The beautiful town of Quimper with car-free city center at 8 km. In the vicinity the tourist attractions such as Locronan, Concarneau and Pont Aven. Numerous beautiful hiking trails through the beautiful landscape of the Finistère.

Hello, we are Ieuwe and Rennie. In 1994 things changed and we exchanged our life in Friesland for a life in beautiful Brittany. Our wish was to one day start a holiday home/B&B. And that wish came true because in 2014 the first gîte was ready for rental. A B&B followed in 2019 and a second gîte was added in 2024. We enjoy renting out our accommodations and we try to make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The renter is responsible for taking out cancellation insurance. In case of cancellation from 4 weeks to 2 weeks prior to the start date of the rental period, 80% of the total rental amount will be charged. The total rent will be charged up to 1 week before the start date. If the tenant arranges for a new tenant for the canceled period, the total rental amount will be refunded.
