The house was built under architecture. The previous owner, a German ophthalmologist, built it. She sold it to us when she was 88 years old.
The house is solidly built with modern materials.
It is cool in the summer, partly because of the shutters. We built a swimming pool, made by a swimming pool builder from Dieulefit Monsieur Charpenelle. We used the house as a summer house and in the winter at Christmas. the house has central heating.
We have subsequently built a gite with 2 garages, which you can rent. If possible. This is a studio with bedroom, kitchen and living room, bathroom of 50 M. The house faces west, the morning sun at the front, sufficient shade under the plattan and sunshade.
