We offer our stylish holiday villa for rent: 

Located in the Drôme Provençale, on a hill on the outskirts of the charming village of Mirabel-aux-Baronnies, in the heart of vineyards and olive groves, the villa offers a breathtaking panorama of Mont Ventoux and the hills of 'les Baronnies'.
The shops, restaurant and GP surgery of the village are just a few minutes' walk away. 

The villa is surrounded by a lush garden with olive trees and fruit-bearing fruit trees and has a large terrace with swimming pool (11x5 meters) that is for your exclusive use. The plot is surrounded by dense vegetation that enhances the feeling of peace and privacy. The garden is ideal for long summer evenings with views of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding olive groves. 

The house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests (6 adults and a child). The rooms on the ground floor are divided as follows: living room with open kitchen, central hall with table football, three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with three single beds), bathroom with double sink and shower, extra shower room and separate toilet, garage with seating and ping-pong table. 

The necessities for your comfort are provided: a barbecue, a washing machine and tumble dryer, two high chairs, a cot. A ping-pong table, table football and pétanque are also available. 

The villa is gated and offers private parking for several cars. The swimming pool is equipped with an alarm system - operation/arming of the alarm system during the rental period is the responsibility of the tenant. The garden and pool will be maintained weekly by a gardener in the spring and summer, usually on Thursdays.

NA. The house can also be rented for larger groups of up to 14 people (see separate listing code 43767). In the case of 7-person rentals, the upper floor of Villa Mirabel will not be rented at the same time. Your complete privacy and the sole use of the garden and pool are assured at all times.
