We offer our stylish holiday villa for rental:

Located in the Drôme Provençale, on a hill on the edge of the charming village of Mirabel-aux-Baronnies, in the heart of vineyards and olive groves, the villa offers a breathtaking panorama of Mont Ventoux and the hills of 'les Baronnies' .
The village's shops, restaurant and GP surgery are just a few minutes' walk away.

The villa is surrounded by a lush garden with olive trees and fruit-bearing fruit trees and has a large terrace with swimming pool (11x5 meters) for exclusive use. The plot is surrounded by dense vegetation that enhances the feeling of peace and privacy. The garden is ideal for long summer evenings with views of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding olive groves.

The house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests (6 adults and a child). The rooms on the ground floor are divided as follows: living room with open kitchen, central hall with table football, three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with three single beds), bathroom with double sink and shower, extra shower room and separate toilet, garage with seating area and ping pong table.

The necessities for your comfort are provided: a barbecue, a washing machine and dryer, two high chairs, a cot. A ping-pong table, table football and boules are also available.

The villa is gated and offers private parking for several cars. The swimming pool is equipped with an alarm system (Operation/activation of the alarm system during the rental period is the responsibility of the tenant.)

Explanation of prices

Payment terms: 50% upon booking; 50% and the deposit of 450 euros no later than 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded to the tenant no later than one week after departure.

Cancellation costs: If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, he must immediately inform the landlord by e-mail. The landlord charges the following Cancellation costs, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

100 euros (administration costs) in case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start date of the rental period (hereinafter: “Arrival”);
15% of the rental price if canceled more than 2 months but no longer than 3 months before Arrival;
30% of the rental price if canceled more than 6 weeks but no longer than 2 months before Arrival;
60% of the rental price if canceled more than 2 weeks but no longer than 6 weeks before Arrival;
90% of the rental price if canceled within 2 weeks before arrival;
100% of the rental price if canceled on the day of Arrival.

If the accommodation is still rented to a third party for the agreed rental period, the Cancellation Costs will be reduced by 90% of the third party's rental income.
