We offer our stylish holiday villa for rent:
Located in the Drôme Provençale, on a hill on the edge of the charming village of Mirabel-aux-Baronnies, in the heart of vineyards and olive groves, the villa offers a breathtaking panorama of Mont Ventoux and of the hills of 'Les Baronnies'.
The villa is surrounded by a lush garden with olive trees and fruit-bearing fruit trees and has a large terrace with swimming pool (11 x 5 meters) that is for exclusive use. The plot is surrounded by dense vegetation that enhance the feeling of peace and privacy .
The house has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests (13 adults and one child). The rooms are divided as follows:
- Ground floor: living room with open kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with three single beds), bathroom with double sink and shower, additional shower room and separate toilet.
- Upper floor: a living room and kitchen opening onto a large covered terrace with stone barbecue, a dining room, three bedrooms (one with double bed, one with double bed and an additional single bed and one with two single beds), a bathroom with double sink and bath/shower.
This floor offers a balcony with a breathtaking view of the massif of ' les Baronnies' on the pool side, as well as a comfortable covered terrace, ideal for long summer evenings with a view of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding olive groves.
The necessities for your comfort are provided: two barbecues, 2 washing machines and a tumble dryer, two high chairs, a cot. A ping-pong table and bocce are also available.
The villa is fenced and offers a private parking space for several cars. The pool is equipped with an alarm system - operation/arming of the alarm system during the rental period is the responsibility of the tenant. The garden and pool will be maintained weekly by a gardener in the spring and summer, usually on Thursdays.
The Villa Mirabel (ground floor) is also rented for groups of up to 7 people (see advertisement on this (*CONTENT HIDDEN*)).
