The house is located in a picturesque area just outside the medieval Provencal village of Lachau! in the Drôme Provençale and bordering the Alpes Hautes Provence, Hautes Alpes and the Vaucluse.
The sun shines here 300 days a year. Nice cool nights and very important... There are no or few mosquitoes!

Then you will find : The azure river Méouge at the top of the page with the most beautiful places. 21 kilometers of beautiful paradisiacal Blue Lagoon spots and you can jump off the waterfall at the end of the Meouge.

Celebrating your holiday is a celebration in a cozy, colourful house where you immediately feel "at home". And the cheerfulness of Provence is reflected in the different colourful rooms, each with its own atmosphere.
Enjoy cooking in the kitchen, which is well equipped with: a large stove with 5 gas burners and electric oven, two refrigerators -one of which is an American fridge with ice maker-, a large combi oven/microwave, two dishwashers and a spacious U-shaped counter with bar stools to cook with several people!
The adjacent conservatory has a cozy sitting area with sound system and TV with Dutch (sports), Flemish channels and a chromecast.
You sit together at two long tables that can comfortably accommodate 17 people. And from the conservatory you have beautiful views of the terrace, the garden, the pool and the valley with the surrounding mountains.
On the first floor of Le Rêve you will find two spacious cozy living rooms, 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms.
On the second floor are four bedrooms and a bathroom.
The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable twin beds, box springs and 1 double bed. Most bathrooms have their own sinks.
There are two fully fitted kitchens and a south facing balcony of 14 m2.
Everywhere in the garden there are beautiful sun and shade spots with wooden tables and lazy sun loungers.
There is a large round barbeque at the swimming pool, illuminated in the evening!
You can reminisce for a long time and dream away in the evening sun on the swing bench at the idyllic spot by the river where your children can build dams and paddle to their heart's content.
In the house there is a folder with all the information about the area, shops and activities that you can undertake. Mont Ventoux is a big attraction but there is much more to enjoy here.
I do the maintenance of the house, the garden and the swimming pool myself. I then stay in a completely separate living space on the north side of the house.
Your privacy is paramount. I welcome you on arrival, am happy to give you a tour and am only available for any questions at your request.

Corona policy: If there is a negative travel advice (code red or code orange), you can opt for a voucher for an indefinite period of time or you will be paid the full travel sum. The reference date for this decision is three days before stay in Le Rêve.
