Are you looking for an atmospheric, well-equipped holiday home in the middle of nature? Then our beautiful private chalet at Les Tourterelles campsite in Tourtoirac is just what you are looking for!
This unique, completely renovated chalet (2011) is the only privately built one on the campsite. Thanks to the impressive ceiling height of 3.80 meters in the ridge, it immediately feels spacious and light.
Layout and facilities
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: Custom-made bunk bed for 3 people, with comfortable mattresses measuring 90 x 200 cm (17 cm thick). The upper bed is at a height of 165 cm – ideal for children.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (140 x 200 cm, one mattress), with spacious wardrobe.
Both bedrooms have ample storage space.
Bathroom
Equipped with shower, sink, toilet and storage cupboard. The generous boiler is located next to the chalet for a quick hot water supply.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with:
Senseo & classic coffee maker, Microwave, Airfryer,
Sandwich maker, pans, crockery and cutlery
Living room
Two leather two-seater sofas, coffee table, cabinets and dining table with four chairs
LCD TV with DVD player, CD player, radio and board games

In July and August , the campsite is lively and cosy – ideal for families.
In May, June and September, you can enjoy serene tranquility, birds chirping and – with a bit of luck – deer in the morning light.

Just 10 minutes away is a small-scale equestrian center, led by the experienced Marion Dattee (certified CS since 2016). You can take beautiful guided rides through nature here – also suitable for beginners.
Château Gort & Gort
Just an hour and a half's drive away (approx. 150 km) awaits a unique wine experience: Château Gort & Gort, the wine estate of the flamboyant winemaker Ilja Gort. Known from TV and loved for his outspoken passion for wine. You may remember him from his NPO series (unfortunately stopped due to budget cuts) – but the show continues at his château.
Here you don't just taste wine, but the art of enjoyment. Ilja Gort is known for making wine really tasty again. A visit to Château Gort & Gort is therefore an experience you will not soon forget.
