Located on a large plot of land, with a pond, this property is ideal for recharging your batteries.

After a few steps leading to the front door, the ground floor opens onto the large, carefully equipped kitchen, as well as a fireplace area.

From the kitchen, on one side, a door leads to a sunny conservatory. Following this, a hallway with some steps leads to a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the other side is a living room with French doors opening onto a long covered balcony.

A first staircase leads to a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds overlooking the kitchen/dining room. A second staircase goes down to the garden level. On this level there is a small bedroom with two single beds for children, a double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.

In the garden, sheltered by a hedge, the swimming pool is equipped with deck chairs and parasols.

The property also has an annex that can accommodate up to 2 people, equipped with a small living room (pay attention to the height of the head in the living room), a bright and original kitchen, a shower room/ toilets and a double bedroom on the mezzanine.

The price indicated corresponds to a capacity of 8 people in the main house. The annex can be rented at an additional cost. (Please note that buildings can only be reserved by the same group).
