The adjacent holiday home "La Bergoules" of the same house owner is close by, but Le Caillou offers plenty of privacy. For larger groups, the house can be rented together with the adjoining holiday home as an entire domain.
Inside
The interior reflects the character of the historic country house, with a cozy living room equipped with a wood stove and a small television for relaxation. The separate, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need: an American fridge with freezer, Nespresso machine, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and blender. The house has three comfortable bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom features a bath, a shower and a hairdryer, complemented by two separate toilets for added convenience.
Outside
Around the house is a spacious and attractive area with several places to relax. The heated private swimming pool of 5 x 11 meters, with a depth of 1 to 2.2 meters, is made for enjoyment. Sunbeds and parasols invite you to long lazy days, while the terrace with awning and barbecue invites you to cosy meals in the garden.

The area offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, golfing and canoeing on the Dordogne, and the Vézère.
