In fore- and after season price is based on a max of 6 persons.It is the ideal place to enjoy the tranquility and the nature, very close to the main attractions of the Dordogne (the caves of Lascaux, Château de Hautefort, Dordogne, Sarlat, Périgueux ...).
The house has four bedrooms, one bathroom and two toilets. A large living room of 55 m², consisting of a kitchen open to the living room and a dining room with large sliding doors giving access to a large wooden terrace and a garden with private pool.
The air-conditioned studio consists of a large room of 30 sqm, with a kitchen and a sleeping area and a bathroom with a toilet.OutsideAround the house in the studio, there is a large terrace to relax and to enjoy nature. A large private and enclosed garden of 2500 m² and a salt water pool of 8x4 m with an internal staircase.
In a quiet and green environment, 2 km from Saint-Rabier with a small supermarket and 1 restaurant, also 1 km from another village where there is one doctor, one pharmacy, one bakery and one restaurant and is easy to walk in about 6-minute walk. Supermarkets at 7 and 12 km.
At 15 km from the caves of Lascaux, 12 km from the Castle of Hautefort, 40 minutes from the medieval town of Sarlat and Perigueux.
Guests can enjoy a walk through the walking tracks, or go canoeing on the many rivers of our region (Auvézère, the Dordogne or the Vézère)
We are Thijs and Lydia Mennes and have long in this beautiful region of the Lot / Dordogne lived. Because of the love for the region we have started with the rental. We rent this beautiful house (and others) are already several years and every year there is something new and interesting in! We regularly go back to this area to visit the houses. The houses are often wonderfully quiet and yet not too far from civilization and of course always with a fantastic private pool!

Fijne vakantie week gehad in dit rustig geleden huis samen met onze hond. Keurig aangelegde omheinde tuin met zwembad.
Vriendelijke Franstalige huiseigenaren die erg behulpzaam zijn en op 2 minuten rijafstand wonen van het huis.
Sarlat (waar het meeste in de buurt te doen is) ligt op ongeveer 45 minuten rijafstand. Supermarkt in Thenon met alles wat u kunt bedenken is op 10 minuten rijafstand.
We hebben er erg van genoten en raden deze plek zeker aan!
