Our beautiful and atmospheric country house with magnificent views over the vineyard and hills of the Dordogne area. The house was designed by myself and provided with interior design by us.

House type: a detached house, partly "en pierre" and partly crepie built, with large covered terrace (56m2), outdoor fireplace or BBQ, large swimming pool in a large secluded garden with complete privacy located on a private vineyard in a hilly region with a beautiful view of the surroundings.

The house was built in 2006, partly partly "en pierre", with interior elements in the interior. Layout: large living room with a fireplace, sofa, 3 armchairs, open kitchen and fully equipped including a work island, large "American" fridge with ice maker, 5 burner gas stove, 2 electric ovens and large dining table for 8 people.

From the dining room you enter the large covered terrace with great views. The terrace is 16 m long and 3.5 m wide. Here is actually lived with a large outdoor dining table, for 8 people, and an outdoor fireplace or BBQ, with a great view of the slightly lower pool and omgeving.Er are hooks where the hammock can be attached.

The pool measures 6x12 m and is 1.5 m deep everywhere, with overflow and on the side a 3 meter wide staircase of 5 steps. So a bath for young and old.

The house has 4 bedrooms; two to two located in between the living / dining room so that there is a lot of privacy between the two sleepy areas. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower, toilet and sink, and the other characteristic built with shower, freestanding antique bath, 2 sinks and separate toilet in the hallway.The bedrooms are spacious with each a double bed, two bedside tables, bedside lamps and a wardrobe. The master bedroom, larger than the other rooms, opens onto the terrace with two doors.

Above the living room is an open loft, "the chill corner", with TV (with Nl channels via satellite), DVD, radio and CD player, 2 sofas and a basket full of family games. There is a large basement / garage. Here is a washer, dryer and microwave, and storage for food.

Under the terrace a car can be parked covered in the "abri" and outside 2 cars can be parked.
The site is almost completely fenced by a fence and / or a natural barrier with hedge hedge. The site is accessed via a remote-controlled gate. The entire site also includes a private vineyard, orchard and a number of walnut trees.

Be surprised and live for a few weeks as "God in France"!
