Nestled in the heart of a superb 2.2-hectare wooded park, this authentic stone house offers you an exceptional setting for your holidays with family or friends. Protected by an elegant stone wall and an electric gate, the property guarantees you complete privacy, away from the daily hustle and bustle.
The highlight of this house is undoubtedly its 12 by 8 meter swimming pool, secured by alarm and decorated with a covered terrace. A real paradise to fully enjoy the Périgord sun and create unforgettable memories.
A house full of charm and character
As soon as you arrive, the bright entrance hall welcomes you and harmoniously serves all the living spaces. On your left, you will discover a large living room bathed in natural light, with its relaxation area with comfortable sofas and, for the pleasure of music lovers, an upright piano. This large living room communicates with a second, more intimate living room, equipped with a television.
On the right of the hall, a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, awaits you to prepare your meals in the best conditions. It opens onto a spacious dining room which has direct access to two terraces, one of which is shaded by a magnificent wisteria.
A contemporary bathroom completes this level, with its walk-in shower, its laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a toilet.
Upstairs, accessible by a beautiful wooden staircase in the entrance or a second staircase from the dining room, the sleeping area consists of three bedrooms.
The first has a large double bed of 180x200, the second, particularly spacious, is arranged in two parts and offers two double beds of 140x200, while the third bedroom offers two single beds, perfect for children. A large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet serves these rooms.
The youngest will also appreciate the games area equipped with a games console.

What makes all the magic of this property is above all its exceptional environment. The 2.2-hectare wooded park envelops you in a green setting and absolute tranquility. You can enjoy several terraces according to your desires and the time of day: the double terrace on the garden side to enjoy the sun, the romantic terrace under the wisteria for more intimate moments, or the covered area by the pool to stay in the shade while supervising the children who are swimming.
For your summer barbecues, the property offers two barbecues, one gas for more practicality, the other charcoal for purists. A carport will allow you to comfortably shelter your vehicle. All the necessary garden furniture is of course provided so that you can fully enjoy all the outdoor spaces.

The house is equipped with WiFi to stay connected if needed, and all modern amenities are present to facilitate your stay.
A baby cot is available in the house, and you can also opt for our baby pack including a high chair and a travel cot with linen.
For even more comfort, we offer a linen pack including three towels per person (two bath towels and a pool towel) as well as all bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers).
A two-hour maid-service is included for each week of rental, with a visit to the kitchen and bathrooms so that you can enjoy your holiday in complete serenity.
