The property consists of a main house that can accommodate up to 8 people and an annex studio that can accommodate 2 people, for a maximum capacity of 10 people. The price indicated corresponds to a capacity of 8 people in the main house. The gîte can be rented at an additional cost. (Please note that all buildings can only be booked by the same group)


The main house is on one level, with the exception of the office. The house includes 3 large bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with two single beds, and a spacious living room with open kitchen, perfect for family meals.

All rooms in the main house benefit from attractive patio doors opening onto a long, partly covered terrace which runs along the front of the property and overlooks the garden with stunning views, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the Périgord countryside.

The studio annex has a small kitchen area, a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a claw-foot bath and a large shower.

Outside, steps lead to the heated swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a small summer kitchen with a covered dining area, ideal for al fresco dining.

The property is air conditioned and has ample parking.
