Oléandre is a simple holiday home for 8 people in the southwest of France, located near the village of Coly Saint Amand. The characteristic, typical French holiday home, has a fenced private swimming pool and a beautiful terrace, which overlooks the surrounding countryside.
Inside
On the ground floor is the living/dining room with fireplace, TV and stereo and a simple kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine is also available.
Bedrooms/bathrooms
In total there are 4 bedrooms. The first is located on the ground floor and has a double bed and bathroom with washing machine and toilet. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor, one room with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one room with a bunk bed. On this floor there is also a bathroom and a toilet. Baby cot is available!
Outside
The large garden has a covered terrace with ping pong table and barbecue. The fenced private swimming pool has the size of 8 by 4 meters.

5 km away is Montinac-Lascaux, where you will find many shops. Coly St. Amand is located in the Dordogne between the well-known tourist towns of Sarlat and Montignac. Coly Saint Amand is one of the 151 most beautiful villages in France. Restaurants and small supermarkets are 1.5 kilometres away. The large supermarkets at 7 kilometers in Terrasson. The medieval town of Terrasson, a 7-kilometre drive away, is in a fairytale location on the river Vézère. In Terrasson you will find all the shops you need. There are 5 large supermarkets. There are also several restaurants; in the old and new part. 10 kilometers away is Montignac, known for the Caves of Lascaux; the first caves where drawings of prehistoric man were found. Montignac is a pleasant town with many restaurants along the river and 2 supermarkets. A 40-kilometre drive away, you will find the capital of the Dordogne, Sarlat, located in the heart of the Périgord Noir between the Dordogne and the Vézère valleys, a medieval town known for its atmosphere, food and buildings! Salignac-Eyvigues, 17 kilometres away, is a pretty town with a castle.
