Vigneferme

This very charming holiday home is located in a quiet hamlet overlooking vineyards and has a beautiful and well-landscaped garden with a large covered terrace and private swimming pool. Vigneferme is ideal for family groups or groups of friends. The large house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In addition, there is a small cozy area with a sofa bed, ideal for teenagers.

Outside July and August, the price of the holiday home is based on a maximum of 4 persons. Dog on request.

Interior
The living room is spacious and open with a high ceiling and beautiful wooden beams. There is a large dining area that can easily accommodate 8 people and a cozy living room with large sofas and a flat-screen TV. There is also a workplace. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for your holiday stay. There is also an additional pantry/utility room. The bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor (no stairs to this bedroom) and on the raised floor there are 3 full bedrooms, all with king-size beds. These bedrooms share the large family bathroom with a fun roll top bath and large walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet.

Outside
Vigneferme has been designed to make the most of outdoor living with a fantastic covered terrace that opens from the living room and runs the length of the house. At one end of the terrace is the dining area and the rest of the terrace has lounge chairs. The terrace overlooks the landscaped garden and private swimming pool. There are additional small terraces around the house, as well as a lawn for ball games. There is a large coal barbecue for guests' use. There is also a table tennis table. Around the pool there are 8 sun loungers and many terraces.

Environment
The farm is located in the peaceful Dordogne countryside but is a short drive to Saint Foy La Grande, a town on the River Dordogne with shops, bars, restaurants and many special events taking place throughout the summer. There are daily morning markets throughout the area, as well as evening markets throughout the summer. The property is ideally located on the edge of the Dordogne to explore this beautiful area of South West France with many medieval bastide villages nearby such as Eymet, Issigeac, Castillonnes, Monflanquin and Monpazier. The town of Bergerac on the River Dordogne is just a 35 minute drive away and the vineyards of St Emilion are just a 45 minute drive away. Both places a must visit! Chateau Vigiers with its 18 hole championship golf course, spa and two restaurants including a Michelin star restaurant is a 5 minute drive from Vigneferme.
