Completely renovated stone house, located 2 km from the village of Trémolat, with private pool and pretty outdoor garden, for up to six people.
As you enter on the path side, the kitchen is on your left. Very bright thanks to a large bay window and a French window, the kitchen gives direct access to the garden on the south side and to the living room with its lounge and dining areas.
From the living area, you will find a staircase leading you to the sleeping area. This floor serves three bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and two bedrooms with two single beds (one of which is where the two beds can be brought together to make a double bed). A bathroom and separate toilet are on the landing.
The large garden offers you various outdoor spaces.
Enjoy a private and secure swimming pool.
You can enjoy your summer meals on the terrace on the kitchen side or under the oak tree near the barn.
A second outdoor area with furniture and dining table is also on the other side of the house, ideal for a refreshment or a book.
Finally, under the cover of its shelter, a last relaxation area awaits you with hammocks and a view of the West and its wooded hills.
Bicycles will be at your disposal to walk around, why not to the village of Trémolat where you will enjoy the terraces and restaurants.
