Périgourdine is a beautiful and very large holiday home in the style of the Périgord, which has recently been lovingly restored. This beautiful, beautifully furnished holiday home was previously a well-known Chambre d'Hôte, which is why almost every bedroom has its own bathroom! The house has a beautiful garden with a large and beautifully landscaped private swimming pool (with Pigeonnier) from which you have a view over the fields and forests.
The property is just a 10-minute drive from the medieval town of Gourdon and 20 minutes from Sarlat and Domme, yet the house is very quiet. Périgourdine is suitable for 10-12 people and has a separate play area for the children. Located completely free without neighbors!

Ground floor: 2 large bedrooms, which are connected to each other (each with 3 single beds) each with its own bathroom ( access to the house only from outside ). 1st floor: Conservatory, living room, kitchen, playroom, 2 bedrooms (both with double beds) and shared bathroom. 2nd floor: Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and mezzanine that serves as a nice, quiet sitting area to retreat to.

Beautifully landscaped garden, ample parking and large private swimming pool and plenty of play facilities for the children.
Environment
Nabirat just a few kms away. The Perigord is the ideal area for visiting the many castles, historic towns and picturesque villages of the Dordogne and Lot valleys. Périgourdine is not far from the beautiful town of Sarlat.
