A cosily furnished, spacious house that embraces you pleasantly. The house is nice with many but also with few people. With e.g. 2 people you just live downstairs, with upstairs the office if necessary. All bedrooms are a good size.
The house and the grounds around it are SMOKE FREE. Smoking is prohibited.
First of all, there is a well-equipped kitchen with all conceivable appliances:

There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs available.
Furthermore, a pleasant study with desk and office chair. There is also good double sofa bed for guests 11 and 12.
2 bathrooms (1 on each floor) with a total of 3 showers, 1 with shower seat and safety bars.

Large, fully enclosed garden
Swimming pool (8x4 m) which is child proof fenced and also has a roller shutter for safety.
Various seating areas and terraces, in sun, semi-shade or shade. Outdoor and pool toys. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided, such as petanque balls, children's corcket, etc.
A lovely shady spot under the trees, with the possibility of hanging hammocks (there are 2).

Dogs are allowed for free (maximum 4, but bound by rules).
