Entering the house from the courtyard, you will find a spacious living area with a dining area on your right and a fully equipped kitchen area on your left. Open to this bright space, you will also find a living room with all modern comforts.
The sleeping area is on this same level and consists of two double bedrooms.
A separate toilet and a large bathroom with bathtub will be at your disposal.
An additional "mezzanine" space is located above the living space.
You will benefit from a large wooded park, a large secure swimming pool, a covered terrace and a ping pong table for family fun. A shaded terrace with plancha on the south-east side of the house where you can enjoy your summer meals.
