Optional: 

In consultation and at an additional cost, we offer the possibility to arrive earlier on the day of arrival and/or to leave later on the day of departure. 

Prices at Maison CouCou:

Rental price includes: gas, water, electricity, internet, Netflix and use of our swimming pool.
We have to charge € 2.00 p.p.p.n. in (tourist) tax.

Maison CouCou cancellation policy:
Cancellation by the tenant for whatever reason must be made in writing.
In case of cancellation, we charge the following percentages:
a) up to 10 weeks before stay, 50% of the total rent;
b) from 10 weeks to 6 weeks before stay, 80% of the total rent;
c) within 6 weeks before stay, 100% of the total rent.

On the day of arrival you will receive the key code of the key box from us and you are welcome from 16.00 hours (not earlier due to switches).

On the day of departure you must leave the house no later than 10.00 am, it must be left empty and broom clean. Any rented linen (without protective sheets), must be left in the bathroom together with the towels.  

In case of later arrival and/or earlier departure than the agreed dates, we will not give a refund.

We charge a surcharge for each different arrival and/or departure day (different from Saturday), and only in consultation. Ask us for the rate.

Cancellation and changes by the landlord due to unforeseen circumstances will be announced in advance. The landlord always reserves the right to offer a replaceable comparable accommodation, without any additional fee/costs for the tenant.

Only those people who are listed on the reservation form may be present in the accommodation rented by the tenant and we assume a stay of 1 family per house (extra persons for a surcharge of € 100 p.p.p.n.).
