Maison CouCou has its own fully fenced swimming pool which is operational from June to September (heated by solar globes). The swimming pool is exclusively for and shared by our own guests. In general, the pool is quiet because there are several swimming lakes with various activities in the very vicinity. In the general garden - which is enclosed with a high wooden fence - there are comfortable chairs for relaxing and various playground equipment such as a large trampoline, swing and a ping-pong table.
Due to our central location, we are an ideal base for many trips. Very nearby in Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche are several nice restaurants, terraces, a pancake house and even a McDonald's. Of course, you can also laze by our pool, kick a ball around with the kids or enjoy a good glass of wine on the terrace of your attractive holiday home.
This house has a water filter, so there is no need to buy bottled drinking water in the supermarket.
