Are you ready for real peace and quiet and a wonderful holiday in a still unspoiled nature?! Welcome to Gite La Grenouille; A holiday accommodation with an official 3 star classification ! We are a child free accommodation in the northern part of the Dordogne, the Perigord Noir, an area that has a lot to offer for young and old.
Gîte La Grenouille is ideally located and attractively and comfortably furnished. You have a garden with sun beds, a cozy terrace, a BBQ and a private parking space with electric charging station (for a fee). From the terrace you have a magnificent view of Chateau Hautefort. The house is equipped with all modern comforts - a fully equipped kitchen corner (microwave with grill, fridge/freezer, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee maker filter and Nespresso cups, toaster), sitting area with large flat screen TV (with Dutch channels)/DVD, radio/CD player, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms - one with a bed of 160 x 200 and one with 2 beds of 80 x 200. Both bedrooms are equipped with (ceiling) fans. The entire gite is equipped with roller screens.
The beds are made on arrival and towels and kitchen towels are provided. Weekly change of linen for several weeks of rental. On arrival there will of course be something tasty waiting for you!
Pets are not allowed in the gîte. The gite is non-smoking.
The large (salt water) swimming pool (6 x 12 m.) with sun terraces, sunbeds and outdoor shower, you only share with the owners. There is free WIFI, a herb garden, a small library, washing machine and dryer.
