Interior
On the ground floor, two independent small bedrooms and their bathroom allow you to swim in the morning or late without disturbing the others. In the house, upstairs, there are two more air-conditioned bedrooms with wooden partitions that will immerse you in a warm atmosphere. There is a simple (rather low) shower for both of these bedrooms upstairs. The modest external stone staircase leads to the fitted kitchen, the mud dining room and the comfortable living room with a screen by the fireplace.

Huge garden (well fenced – dog proof) with beautiful new heated swimming pool where you can all enjoy yourself. Ideal for children to play in or for your dog(s) to enjoy complete freedom.

Ideal for hiking or cycling (2 bicycles available on site), the many nearby trails will allow you to explore the charming countryside and the characteristic forests of the Périgord Noir! Canoeing is possible on the Auvézère River (4 km away). The Tourtoirac cave and the castle of Hautefort reveal their treasures to you! Just 5km away, the picturesque town of Hautefort will also meet your culinary expectations with its local beer brewery, restaurants, bakery, local markets and supermarket.
