The cottage has a cozy living / dining kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The studio, consisting of one large living space (African Look) features a beautiful Starck bathroom. Around this ensemble a very large garden with beautiful terraces. Your private pool is ensuring the studio, comfortable loungers sure to check out unwind. The pool can be heated in May, June and September. Luxury, personal touch and romance characterize this ensemble .... Price for low season based on just the cottage (up to 4 ps), if you studio to rent it when you pay 300 euros extra. Prices July and August based on cottage + studio, even though you are only 4 people.
"Haut de Fort" is a large 3 ha. land with another country. The mansion is indeed inhabited by two very sympathetic Dutch, but you are in the studio and cottage privacy due to its location and its own entrance and facilities. The estate is hilly, with views over a vast hilly terrain with lots of fruit and nut trees, overlooking the mountains and a river.
Near the house is a large lake with beach and water slide. In the immediate vicinity there is plenty to do.
Lay rental:
Entrance through stone staircase.
Ground floor: large, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a cozy fireplace. Bedroom with large 2-bed and wardrobe room and a sitting area. This bedroom is adjacent to the blue compact bathroom with shower and toilet. This bedroom can accommodate a baby cot.
On the 1st floor: Spacious bedroom with two single bed (users have to go through the downstairs bedroom to the toilet).
The cottage has a television and the Internet, various games, books and a CD player. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, coffee maker Senseo, oven, grill, microwave, gas hob, fridge freezer.
Lay Studio:
Very tasteful African Look decorated studio consists of a spacious living / bedroom and kitchenette with two beds and luxurious Starck bathroom.
At the beautiful private pool (owners make during your presence not use) are comfortable sun loungers and parasols. Both the studio and the cottage has a patio with furniture and umbrella.

In the immediate vicinity is the beach and Lake Rouffiac, St. Yrieux la Perche is a paradise, Tourtoirac you can admire the caves, Hautefort has a beautiful castle with a very beautiful garden, there are div. days of the week in the area (morning) markets, of course you will find many restaurants with attractively priced menus, you can really enjoy the walking and cycling, canoeing, as well as horseback riding, flea expire and negotiate the price, the town of St. Leon , Brive and see the beautiful atmospheric town of Perigueux, museums; Golf course is 5 km, Park (Domain) Essendiéras Excideuil with many activities, beaches and lakes, Villa Sport in St. Yreix features a gym, anywhere you find wining and dining; beautiful gardens as Terrasson water organ etc.Kortom: in this neighborhood is plenty to see and do. Near the house is the lake of Rouffiac with beach with sun loungers, a large forest with walking trails, playground, terraces, restaurant, etc., from the tourist office you can get information on current festivities.

We are Thijs and Lydia Mennes and have long in this beautiful region of the Lot / Dordogne lived. Because of the love for the region we have started with the rental. We rent this beautiful house (and others) are already several years and every year there is something new and interesting in! We regularly go back to this area to visit the houses. The houses are often wonderfully quiet and yet not too far from civilization and of course always with a fantastic private pool!
