Holiday home LOTT Duravel is a cozy, attractive four-person holiday home located in the French village of Duravel of the same name. A lovely holiday home on the edge of the village suitable for 4 people.

Upon arrival you immediately see the cozy garden with covered veranda, lovely wooden lounge terrace and small veranda at the front where you enter the house. You walk through the gate to the front door and enter the house. Here you immediately enter the attractive kitchen-diner with dining table and chairs. A beautiful country kitchen with modern appliances. You walk into the living room through the living room and you will immediately feel at home. A nice leather lounge sofa with cushions, side tables and accessories complete the atmosphere. The 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and its own sink is adjacent to the living room. The bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and toilet is also adjacent to the living room. Via the living room you go down the stairs to the master bedroom. Here is a large double bed consisting of two box spring beds of 90 x 200. Here too there is a private sink, handy open cupboard and table on both sides of the bed.

On the side, running the entire length of the house, there is a garden with attractive seating areas, sunbeds and a plant garden that completes the place.

We Eugene and Patricia de JOng have been the Dutch owners of the wonderful holiday home LOTT Duravel since 2021. We have been living in France for 18 years and first set up the La-Bastide holiday domain and now since 2021 we have set up the LOTT holiday homes & more concept. A concept of only our own homes spread across France. All houses for 2 or 4 people with or without a swimming pool or hot tub. Your four-legged friend is also welcome in all houses. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price is for 2 people every 3rd or 4th person is 20.00 per person extra per night

It is possible to arrive and leave all days of the week.

Bed linen included for 2 people, towels and kitchen linen bring yourself.

Deposit 350 euros must be paid at least 1 week in advance, which will be refunded after checking.

Cancellation by tenant

Cancellations must be communicated to LOTT holiday homes & more by e-mail. Immediately after receiving an e-mail containing the written cancellation, LOTT holiday homes & more will send a cancellation confirmation by e-mail. In case of cancellation after 5 days and up to 12 weeks before the start of the agreed rental period, 50% of the rent will be charged. In case of cancellation within 12 weeks to 8 weeks before the start of the agreed rental period, 70% of the rent will be charged. In case of cancellation within 8 weeks of the agreed rental period, the full rental amount is due.

Cancellations or changes (which have the effect of shortening the stay) within 56 days before arrival will result in the right to a refund or settlement of the total amount forfeiting. Cancellation or early departure does not entitle you to a refund of the rental. In case of cancellation, the first deposit will never be refunded. We also always recommend that you take out an all-risk cancellation/travel insurance.
