The Clos de Peyruzel
Welcome to our holiday home, a haven of peace ideally located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, one of the richest regions in heritage, preserved landscapes and gastronomy.
Less than 20 km from the most beautiful listed villages:
• Domme, royal bastide overlooking the valley
• Beynac, majestic and timeless
• Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, famous for its medieval castle
• The gardens of Marqueyssac, suspended above the Dordogne
• The gardens of Eyrignac, a masterpiece of topiary art
• The world-famous Lascaux cave.
Recently restored by an architect, the 15th-century residence has kept the charm of past centuries while bringing a contemporary note to the interior. It is composed of two walled buildings, crossed by an outdoor terrace.
The main part includes the entrance, a large living room of 70 m² with open kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as a laundry room.
Upstairs, a large bedroom of 30 m² with room equipped with an Italian shower and a bathtub.
The other part includes:
3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom equipped with an Italian shower, one of which has a bathtub, a living room, a fitness room, a sauna and a hammam.
The whole represents 300 m².
Outdoors:
• 1 heated swimming pool with counter-current swimming
• 1 jacuzzi with whirlpool
• 1 table that seats 8 people for meals, located near the pool
• An aperitif area with a table and chairs and a large brazier
• A shaded area with garden furniture and coffee table
