Located on the south slope. Beautiful view, in the evening you can watch the lights of the town of Terrasson-lavilledieu. Early in the morning and in the evening you sometimes see deer walking by. Birds of prey circle in the sky. Various birds fly around. Squirrels also sometimes show themselves. By the pool is an outdoor kitchen with lounge set and new refrigerator. There is also a ceiling fan. There is an outdoor shower on solar heat. 2023 the washing machine has been replaced. There is a new coffee table and a charcoal bbq.
There are beautiful hiking trails in Cublac also nearby.

Within 4 km is the cozy town of Terrasson lavilledieu with the beautiful old town, in Terrasson you will find all shops, supermarkets, etc.

All shops and supermarkets (5+) can be found in Terrasson, less than 4km. There is also a bakery in Cublac. With a new pharmacy on the other hand. The weekly market every Thursday morning in Terrasson is not to be missed. Le Vieux Pont has been beautifully restored.
There are several restaurants, e.g. Agape in Terrasson near the church St. SOUR. A new restaurant has opened at Le vieux Pont. Or hotel/restaurant Les Collines in Cublac is also recommended! But there are more!
Don't forget Lac du Causse with beach, (swimming) play equipment for the kids. A tour around the lake is highly recommended! 7 km
If you want to know or book something, the Terrasson Tourist Office is nearby. Last but not least, fiber optic with workplace upstairs.
