The Linden Tree

In the heart of the Dordogne, a large detached holiday home of approximately 120m2 in Perigord style. On site of approximately 7000 m2 with swimming pool of 4 m by 8 m and 1.5 m deep, with fixed stairs and surrounding terraces with seating and sun loungers in the large garden with forest and fruit trees. On the terrace in front of the house, sitting at the large garden table, you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view. There are 10 rooms, including 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms, a large living room and large kitchen with all necessary equipment. There is fiber optic WiFi, a TV, DVD player, various DVDs, books and games. Outside there is a BBQ, darts game, ping-pong table, badminton, sandpit, etc.

There are many sights and sporting challenges within a radius of less than 30 km. There are beautiful villages such as Belves, Siorac, Saint Cyprien, Marnac, Le Buisson et Caduin, Beaumont, Monpazier, Le Bugue, Sarlat, with various markets, shops and restaurants, but also prehistoric caves, castles, ornamental gardens. There are supermarkets in all villages, with pharmacies and fuel and charging stations. Close by there are several golf courses, tennis courts, mountain bikes for rent and you can go canoeing on the Dordogne and Vezere rivers or camp on the beaches.
